Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used skincare/cosmetic products
Items with missing packaging or a broken seal
Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@rootualcare.store with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Rootual.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund is on its way.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (this 7-day window applies regardless of the standard 30-day return policy) at support@rootualcare.store with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund free of charge — no return shipping required.
Non-Refundable Items
A few items cannot be refunded, including gift cards and any products marked as final sale. These exclusions will always be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
