We want your Rootual ritual to reach you smoothly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships. If you ever have a question, our team is here to help.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 6-12 business days after they're placed. During busier periods this may take slightly longer, but we always aim to get your botanical bar on its way as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below that threshold ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout. Shipping typically arrives within 6–12 business days.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside our home market. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your local carrier and customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door. If you haven't received tracking information within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

5. Delays

While we do everything we can to ship on time, occasional delays can happen. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods such as launches and holidays may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed whenever possible.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help track it down or arrange a resolution. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can make it right.
